  She was rather rude with me. I explained that it's listed as Pamala's Photography. She (again rudely) confirmed that is also her. She insisted "it is correct and she keeps checking and checking but they keep calling about it". This is not very customer friendly approach for someone offering to help (for free too).
  {In response: I never claimed to be working for Google or anything else that implied I was an employee / contractor / representative of Google. Therefore there was no lie, and nobody else had a problem with what I was doing either. I simply explained to you what I was doing, as I always do, but you pushed back with your rant. Actually, the typical reaction is to just ignore me, with some engaging in conversation and being happily curious or even enthusiastic and thankful, but indifferent at the very worst. I did say that I had digital information on what I was doing, and of course I carry a valid government issued ID, but you didn't ask to see anything beyond your question about whether I had a (physical) business card. Yes I was on a public sidewalk, for a few minutes, and, as you know, I wasn't doing anything that others are not capable of doing if they choose to. The difference is that some of us make a hobby while getting (walking) exercise out of it.}
