  Just got home from having a pretty terrible experience here. I took my 2 year old daughter and my sister to get our nails painted for my daughters birthday. We just wanted our cuticles cleaned up, and polish on our nails. They were obviously aggravated that we didn’t want the full manicure. Almost every time I get my nails done, I skip the full manicure. Every other place I got to, they use water and lotion to soften the cuticles. Here they did not. They cut them dry which was uncomfortable and did not look good at all. Then they cut the skin on my sister’s finger, so bad it bled quite a bit. Her response was to say well that’s what happens because you didn’t get the full manicure. She didn’t apologize, and didn’t give any discount for cutting her finger. Then before my nails were dry, she started painting my daughters nails, pulling and yanking on her two year old arms, trying to get them in place. If they had waited until my nails were dry, I could have held my daughter, making it a better experience for all. Then when my two year old touched her nail, and messed them up, they were annoyed to have to touch them up. So my sister tried picking up my daughter to keep her little hands still, and messed up one of her fingers. They lady was very rude about it, and acted like we were incompetent.
  Overall, they are TERRIBLE when dealing with kids. And if they mess up, like yanking on your kids arms, or slicing your finger, they will completely blame it on you. There are too many other good salons to waist time and money here. Won’t ever go back.
